General/Student registration fee includes access to all plenary lectures, technical sessions, welcome reception and banquet.
Accompanying person registration fee includes access to the welcome reception and the banquet.
Visa information
Attendees should check the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan to determine whether they require a VISA to enter Japan.
Those who require VISA-related documents are requested to select the necessary documents on the online registration page.
To ensure timely processing, visa support applications should be submitted through the registration system at least one month prior to the intended date of entry into Japan.
The ISROMAC19 Registration Desk will provide the necessary documentation.
Due to the time required for VISA issuance by Japanese embassies or consulates, attendees are strongly advised to apply for visa support as early as possible.
While applications submitted less than one month prior to entry may still be processed, however, please note that we cannot guarantee visa issuance timelines.
Please also note that it takes approximately one week for the registration desk to issue and dispatch the support documents.
VISA support document fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the visa application outcome or the timing.
VISA application assistance will only commence upon confirmation of payment.
