General/Student registration fee includes access to all plenary lectures, technical sessions, welcome reception and banquet.
Accompanying person registration fee includes access to the welcome reception and the banquet.
Visa information
Attendees should check the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan to determine whether they require a VISA to enter Japan.
Please complete the online (web) registration by 9 May 2026, JST (UTC+9).
Attendees who require VISA-related documents are requested to select the necessary documents on the online registration page.
The ISROMAC19 Registration desk will provide information regarding support for VISA documents.
Due to the time required for VISA issuance, attendees are strongly advised to apply for VISA document support as early as possible through the registration site.
Applications for VISA document support will be accepted until 9 May 2026, and please note that it will take approximately one week for the documents to be issued and sent.
Please be advised that we cannot guarantee visa issuance timelines.
VISA support document fees are non-refundable, regardless of the visa application outcome or timing.
VISA application assistance will commence upon confirmation of payment.
